1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

Shipping availability may vary depending on the product, supplier, and delivery address.

If we cannot ship an item to your location, we will notify you and arrange an appropriate refund if payment has already been collected.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.

Processing times vary by product and fulfillment partner. Estimated processing and delivery information, where available, will be provided on the product page or during checkout.

Orders placed during weekends or holidays may require additional processing time.

3. Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout based on the products ordered, delivery destination, and available shipping methods.

Any applicable shipping charges will be shown before your purchase is completed.

Promotional shipping offers may be available on qualifying orders.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the supplier, shipping method, product availability, and destination.

Estimated delivery dates or timeframes provided at checkout are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly stated otherwise.

Unexpected carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, or other circumstances may affect delivery.

If we cannot ship your order within the time promised, or within 30 days when no shipping time was specified, we will provide notice and the cancellation and refund options required by applicable law.

5. Multiple Shipments

Some of our products are shipped directly from trusted fulfillment partners.

As a result, orders containing multiple items may arrive in separate packages or on different days.

When available, separate tracking details will be provided for individual shipments.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will generally receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, when tracking is available.

Tracking updates may take additional time to appear after the carrier receives the package.

If you have questions about your shipment, please contact our customer support team.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please verify your shipping address before completing checkout.

If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible.

We will attempt to update the address before shipment when possible, but changes may not be available once an order enters fulfillment.

Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect address may apply where permitted by law and disclosed to the customer.

8. Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Packages

If your order is delayed, missing, or arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and a description of the issue.

For damaged products, photographs of the item and packaging may help us resolve your concern more quickly.

We will work with our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers to investigate and provide an appropriate resolution, including replacement or refund when required.

We do not automatically deny assistance solely because a carrier marks a package as delivered.

9. Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

We will do our best to accommodate requests before fulfillment begins.

Once an order has shipped, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible. Eligible returns will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy.
