Our 30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

Items Not Eligible for Return

For health and safety reasons, we generally cannot accept returns on:

Opened pet food or treats
Used pet toys or accessories
Opened grooming or hygiene products
Personalized products

These exclusions do not affect your rights regarding defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible.

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available.

We’ll work with you to arrange an appropriate replacement or refund at no additional cost.

How to Request a Return

Contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for returning the item.

Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions and the appropriate return address.

Please do not send items back without receiving return instructions.

Return Shipping

For eligible change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We will explain any applicable charges before you proceed.

For approved returns involving damaged, defective, or incorrect products, Paws and Whiskers will cover return shipping when required.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time.
